We design beautiful user experiences that highlight your services and offerings.

A beautifully designed user experience (UX) translates into current and potential customers spending more time on your website getting to know you, and better sales conversions. It is also the place where your brand can often speak the loudest and entice people to engage more with your business, lured by calls to action and prominent links to your social platforms.

UX Design

Asking the questions that produce great results.

A good UX design complements your business strategy. The UX design process at Meta Digital begins with an initial discovery meeting. This meeting is a great opportunity for our designers to get a firm understanding of your project goals. With a heavy focus on the needs of your user, we then start to throw around some ideas on the site structure itself – the flow of the site – and how we can create a digital solution that keeps pace with the growth and development of your business.

UX Design

Creating a solid but flexible site structure.

Our team of designers will produce a sitemap that outlines the structure of your website, encapsulating the information we gathered from you during the discovery phase. It is crucial to us that this structure is both solid and flexible; there’s an analogy that we use that explains this well – your website is like a house and the different pages within the website are the rooms within that house. The rooms themselves don’t change overtime, but your furnishings (your content) will change.

UX Design

Building a visual design for discussion.

Once everyone on board is happy with the sitemap, we move into completing a suite of low-fidelity wireframes (basic design layout) which visually describe and define the structure and visual elements for the website pages before they become fully designed. Wireframes help us to organise how information can be displayed and to make informed decisions about what information to present – and where it sits best on the page. Our aim is to simplify the steps for your website audience to take action and create an easy to understand language that guides visitors through your site.

Partners, not suppliers.

The most important part of this whole process is the contribution from you. At the end of each iteration within the UX design process, we sit down with you and explain our thought process behind everything, get feedback from you and make any tweaks necessary to develop the best possible outcome.
